Deposits
A deposit of $200 is required to confirm each booking, a deposit of $500 is required for high season bookings.

Confirmation
Accommodation will be confirmed only on receipt of deposit paid.

A booking that has not been confirmed by a deposit being paid is not guaranteed.

Minimum age for check-in is 18 years.

Payment
The full balance of the tariff is payable at check in.

Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Personal cheques and Diners Club are not accepted.

Property’s cancellation policy

Bookings cancelled up to 14 days prior to check in will receive a refund of deposit.

Bookings cancelled within 14 days and up to 24 hours of check in will forfeit 100% of the deposit paid.

Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of check-in or if guest is a no-show the full amount of the booking is payable.
