With a commitment to delivering exceptional service and an unmatched quality experience, we wish to acquaint you with the attributes of our resort and apartments, thereby assisting you in preparing for your sojourn with us.

Self-Contained Apartment Experience:
Each of our apartments is meticulously designed as a self-contained haven, equipped with fully-functional kitchen facilities and a convenient in-suite laundry area complete with washer and dryer.
To ensure a comfortable start, a starter pack comprising tea/coffee bags and travel-sized toiletries will await your arrival in every bathroom. While we provide these essentials, kindly remember to carry your personal toothbrush and toothpaste. Should you require additional sachets, they are available for purchase at the front desk or can be conveniently acquired from the nearest grocery store.

Service and Cleaning Procedures:
Should your stay extend to 7 nights or beyond, a mid-week change of linen and towels will be thoughtfully administered. While we DO NOT provide daily housekeeping, our receptive staff is readily available at Reception should you have any requirements.

Check-In Information:
Our check-in services from 2:00 PM.
If an early check-in is desirable, please apprise us of your intention, and we will earnestly endeavour to fulfill your request, subject to availability.
For those arriving beyond regular hours, you will receive an SMS/email encompassing late check-in instructions.
Two codes will be provided: the initial code grants access to the front door intercom, positioned on the building's left side. The second code will grant access to a secure key safe, where your designated envelope containing the room key awaits you.
